I work with women who are navigating some of life’s most tender and overwhelming moments. Whether you're facing heartbreak, burnout, a major life transition, or struggling to feel like yourself, you're not alone. I specialize in supporting individuals who are navigating big life transitions, identity shifts, or healing from emotional pain—especially those who haven’t always felt seen or safe in traditional spaces.

Whether you're exploring your identity, navigating anxiety or ADHD, healing from trauma, or adjusting to parenting and family life, I offer a warm and affirming space rooted in compassion.

I work from a trauma-informed, anti-racist, and LGBTQIA2S+ affirming lens — integrating evidence-based practices with a warm, human connection.

Together, we’ll move at your pace, with your goals at the center. Therapy with me is never about “fixing” you; it’s about reconnecting with your strength, your story, and your own sense of wholeness.
